International Legal Ethics Program at TSUL: Kosta Legal Partner as Guest Speaker

The International Educational Program on Legal Ethics, hosted by Tashkent State University of Law in cooperation with PILnet and White & Case, brought together law students from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and Georgia for four days of intensive training on global ethical standards in the legal profession.

As an invited speaker, Shukhrat Yunusov, Partner at Kosta Legal, delivered sessions on 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 and 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘆. He shared insights from international practice on staying free from external pressure and protecting client confidentiality, guiding students through real-world case studies to apply these principles in practice.
