Kosta Legal advises Agrobank on landmark UZS 1.9 trillion senior notes issuance

Kosta Legal has successfully advised JSCB Agrobank on its issuance of UZS 1,878,117,000,000 (approx. USD 150 million) senior unsecured notes due 2028.

The offering, supported by a full suite of international financing documentation, will enhance Agrobank’s ability to diversify its funding base and expand access to resources. Kosta Legal advised on the structuring, review, and negotiation of the English law governed transaction documents, ensuring compliance with international investor standards and domestic regulations.
