Kosta Legal advises BOC Aviation on Airbus A320neo lease

Kosta Legal, led by partner Shukhrat Yunusov, with support from associate Dilshodbek Orifjonov, has advised BOC Aviation on long-term lease transactions involving the delivery of two Airbus A320neo aircraft to Centrum Air, Uzbekistan’s private airline.

Kosta Legal provided comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction, including the negotiation and finalization of transaction documentation, regulatory and cross-border legal advice, coordination of conditions precedent and closing deliverables, and general legal assistance through to completion.
