Kosta Legal advises FHL Group on landmark marble deal for the Centre of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan

We are pleased to announce that Kosta Legal, led by partner Azizbek Akhmadjonov, with support from associate Islam Djakabaev, has acted as Uzbek legal counsel to F.H.L. I. Kiriakidis Group (FHL Group) in connection with a premium marble supply and installation agreement with a state-owned EPC contractor of Uzbekistan for the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan under the Cabinet of Ministers.

This flagship national project, implemented under a direct Presidential resolution, aims to establish a pioneering hub for Islamic research and heritage in Central Asia. As part of our mandate, we advised FHL Group on contract structuring, local regulatory compliance, and project-related legal matters, ensuring full alignment with Uzbekistan’s construction and procurement framework.
