Kosta Legal advised Uzpromstroybank (SQB) on the USD 300 million Additional Tier 1 (AT1) Eurobond, listed on the London Stock Exchange – the first-ever AT1 issuance by a commercial bank in Central Asia.

The transaction attracted exceptional global demand, with orders exceeding USD 1.4 billion, and was arranged by Citibank, J.P. Morgan, Société Générale, Standard Chartered, Raiffeisen Bank, and Mashreqbank.
