Kosta Legal advises MUFG Bank Ltd. on USD 450 million financing for Uzbekneftegaz

We are pleased to announce that Kosta Legal, led by partner Shukhrat Yunusov, with support from associate Dilshodbek Orifjonov, has acted as legal counsel to MUFG Bank Ltd., London Branch, in connection with two transactions totaling USD 450 million in financing extended to Uzbekneftegaz JSC (UNG), Uzbekistan's state-owned national oil and gas company.

The financing will be utilized for general corporate purposes. MUFG is providing the funds to support UNG’s strategic initiatives, contributing to the development of the energy sector in Uzbekistan.
