Kosta Legal acted as Uzbek law counsel to Mashreqbank and the lender syndicate in connection with a USD 100 million syndicated term loan facility extended to an Uzbek commercial bank.
Mashreqbank acted as initial mandated lead arranger and bookrunner. The syndicate comprised a broad group of regional and international financial institutions, including Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Commerzbank and National Bank of Oman, among others.
